Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized academic, behavioral, and social support to students as directed by educators
- Assist with daily classroom routines, transitions, and participation activities
- Put Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans into action
- Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care support to meet diverse student needs
- Cultivate a safe, respectful, and inclusive setting for all students
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift as required
- Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to secure one before the start date
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Experience working with students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or experience is a strong plus
