Salary - $85,000. to $95,000. Per Year

Job Location - Stanislaus County (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Patterson, Riverbank, Oakdale)
Hours: Ability to work any shift
The Production Supervisor will monitor our production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner. Duties will include monitoring employees, organizing workflows, and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the operations of the facility with the aim for high performance
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Provide training and education materials to staff
- Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
- Ensure compliance and professional standards such as OSHA and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
- Review production paperwork for accuracy.
- Time keeping and recording.
- Involvement with shift plant sanitation
- Plant housekeeping.
- Analyze quality problems and formulate countermeasures with QA.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, or other production environments.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing production schedules and meeting production targets.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and quality systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems; Paylocity experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
