We’re looking for a Dairy Department Manager who is passionate about fresh products, developing associates, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching a team, driving sales, and keeping operations running efficiently, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
As the Dairy Department Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of one of the store’s busiest departments while leading a team dedicated to outstanding service.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing Dairy associates
- Delivering exceptional customer service every day
- Maintaining fully stocked, organized, and attractive displays
- Managing inventory, ordering, receiving, and product rotation
- Monitoring department sales, shrink, and profitability
- Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Scheduling associates to meet business needs
- Creating a positive, engaged, and accountable team environment
- Working closely with store leadership to achieve department and store goals
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has previous grocery retail, dairy, or perishable department leadership experience
- Enjoys leading and developing teams
- Is organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understands inventory management, merchandising, and department operations
- Is committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Physical Requirements:
This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in refrigerated environments. Candidates should be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.

Pay: $17.36 - $23.37 per hour
