Job Summary:
Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a skilled Porter to support daily operations at a multifamily community. This role ensures apartments and common areas are clean, safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering excellent resident service.
Responsibilities:
- Pool scrubbing and cleaning to maintain health and safety standards.
- Groundswork and landscaping, including lawn care and plant maintenance.
- General upkeep and curb appeal tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and exterior tidiness.
- Light painting and touch‑up work as needed.
- Assist with other maintenance or cleaning duties where required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance practices.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Prior experience in property maintenance preferred but not required.
