Overview
Camienne Financial is a boutique private wealth advisory firm with offices in Manchester, New Hampshire, Rogers, Arkansas, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to empower clients to reach their financial goals through personalized planning, and to build enduring relationships rooted in honesty and integrity. Ultimately, we want to be our clients first call when life happens.
Through our partnership with Northwestern Mutual’s Private Client Group, our clients get the resources of one of the country’s leading financial institutions paired with the concierge-level planning and service only a boutique firm can deliver.
We serve professional athletes, corporate executives and their organizations, business owners, and physicians — clients whose financial lives are complex, time-sensitive, and rarely straightforward. Our Rogers office is home to the firm’s Sports Division which is one of the fastest growing in the country.
We are hiring one Operations Associate to run the day-to-day operations of our Rogers branch. This is a small, high-trust office, which means your work is visible immediately and it matters. Concierge-level service is a promise the operations seat keeps or breaks — you will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
As our founder puts it: offense matters, defense matters, the big picture matters — and so does every last detail. This role lives in that last part.

This is a career operations role. It is not a training program for becoming a financial advisor, and there is no pathway from this position into a client-facing role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations and takes real pride in that craft — not someone using this seat as a stepping stone.
If you are looking to become an advisor, this is not the right opportunity, and we would rather you know that now. If you are looking to be the most organized, most indispensable person in a growing firm, keep reading.
What you will do
- Cash management — monitor and process cash movement across client accounts, including contributions, distributions, and standing instructions
- Account opening — prepare, submit, and track new account paperwork through to funding, resolving not-in-good-order items along the way
- Asset movement — manage incoming and outgoing transfers, rollovers, and journals, and follow each one to completion
- Client task tracking — own the CRM as the single source of truth for every open item in the office, with an owner and a due date on each
- Risk management workflows — coordinate insurance applications and underwriting, scheduling exams, chasing requirements, and keeping every case moving
- Reporting — deliver a weekly pipeline report of all pending business, without being asked
- Meeting support — prepare files, forms, and follow-up lists before and after client meetings (behind the scenes; this role does not attend client meetings)
- Collaboration — work daily with our operations team at the firm’s New Hampshire headquarters
What we are looking for
- Extreme attention to detail. This is the single most important qualification. In this work, a missing signature or an unnoticed deadline has real consequences for a client, and we need someone who catches those things every time.
- Independent problem-solving. Camienne was built around ambitious problem-solvers, and this seat is no exception. When something is stuck, you find out why and resolve it rather than waiting to be told what to do next. You also know when to escalate, and you escalate early.
- Natural organization. You build trackers, checklists, and systems on your own initiative— in every job you have ever held, not just the ones that required it.
- Follow-through. You close loops. Nothing sits in your inbox waiting on you.
- Clear, proactive communication. You surface problems early instead of hoping theyresolve on their own.
- Discretion. Our clients’ financial lives are confidential, and our client base includes public figures, business owners, and executives who expect that confidentiality to be absolute.
Preferred qualifications
Background in financial services, with a working understanding of investment and insurance concepts (account types, transfers, contributions and distributions, underwriting)
Experience at a broker-dealer, RIA, insurance carrier, bank, or advisory practice
Experience with Northwestern Mutual systems is a significant plus but is not required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Candidates from outside financial services with an exceptional record of organization and
independent problem-solving are also encouraged to apply. We can teach our industry and our systems in ninety days. We cannot teach the traits listed above.
