MOS Codes: NoneEducation and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Risk Management, Occupational Safety, Business, Public Health, Science Education, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in risk reduction, occupational health, or safety program administration.Licenses and Certificates: Valid Texas Class “C” Driver’s License or equivalent from another state by the date of appointment. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.Special Requirements: Positions requiring a CDL or positions of a safety sensitive are subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal regulations.

Under direction, responsible for the administration and execution of activities outlined in City-wide comprehensive safety plans to ensure local, state, and federal legal/regulatory compliance of safety programs and initiatives.
