We are seeking a skilled professional who understands the balance between flavor and dietary restrictions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality menus while ensuring every dish meets our strict safety and nutritional standards.
Culinary Execution: Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to specific dietary guidelines, textures, and therapeutic menus.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain total compliance with food safety regulations, ensuring proper temperatures, labeling, and storage at all times.
Kitchen Operations: Safely and efficiently operate professional kitchen equipment, including ovens, steamers, and high-end cutlery.
Experience: Proven experience as a cook, ideally within a healthcare or dietary setting.
Culinary Skill: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and meal planning.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following precise dietary restrictions and recipes.
