What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in executing our menu with consistency, precision, and pride.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and executing menu items according to Bushell’s culinary standards
- Maintaining clean, organized, and efficient workstations
- Working collaboratively with chefs and team members during high-volume service
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency on every plate
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assisting with prep, inventory rotation, and station organization
- Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
