<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Male Spa Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. <Responsibilities>
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa area, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and common spaces.
- Perform routine floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to keep all areas spotless.
- Assist with janitorial duties, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Support housekeeping management by ensuring all guest areas are tidy, organized, and well-maintained.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for guests.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards.
