Condustrial is hiring experienced Dozer Operators for a busy coal yard in Baltimore, MD.
This is full-time, year-round work with steady hours and overtime.
PAY & GROWTH
- $23/hr. starting
- $25/hr. after 90 days with possession of TWIC Card.
- Overtime available
- Consistent, reliable hours (not seasonal work)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Operating D6–D10 dozers moving coal/material
- Supporting yard operations & cleanup
- Working in a real industrial environment (not a clean site)
- Following safety procedures
You will be tested on a dozer during interview. No guessing.
SCHEDULE (READ THIS FIRST)
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- Day & night rotation required (work 5 days, off 3, come back 5 nights, off (continually rotates)
- Weekends & holidays included

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years operating D6–D10 dozers
- Valid driver’s license
- Your own transportation - Secured facility
