Schedule: 2 shifts/week + every other Saturday
Requirement: Must have at least 3 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and hold a current Utah Massage Therapy License.
Clinic Supervisor – Student Massage Therapy Clinic
Schedule:
- Mondays & Tuesdays: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Every other Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay:
$19–$21 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Current Utah Massage Therapy License
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- Supervisory and or Management Experience Preferred
- Ability to observe and mentor massage therapy students during their internships in the student massage therapy clinic
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and written skills

Zion Massage College seeks a licensed massage therapist to guide students in our Student Clinic. The Instructor is central to creating a safe, supportive, and ethically grounded environment where students apply and refine their skills.
Job Summary: The Instructor position at the Student Clinic oversees all aspects of student development during clinical shifts. The instructor plays a key role in shaping future massage therapists by reinforcing classroom learning in a real-world setting.
The Instructor ensures students uphold professional standards while guiding their practical and interpersonal development. This role is essential in fostering a safe, supportive learning environment where students can grow professionally and ethically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor student massage sessions, offering feedback on technique, communication, and professionalism.
- Observe and correct body mechanics and massage techniques.
- Receive and interpret student evaluations to provide constructive feedback.
- Support front desk operations and collaborate with clinic and academic staff.
- Maintain clinic safety, hygiene, and ethical standards.
- Help manage clinic logistics including scheduling, supplies, and documentation.
- Engage in conflict resolution and professional communication with students and clients.
- Uphold and model professional boundaries, safety, and ethical practice and demeanor at all times.
- This role involves working closely with other instructors, clinic staff, and administration to ensure a cohesive and professional student experience.
- Uphold compliance with ZMC policies, Utah state regulations, and support accreditation standards.
- Must be able to use scheduling and grading systems We will train you on the specific software. (e.g., MindBody, Google Suite).
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Utah with minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated ability to critically assess and respond to varied clinical scenarios following ZMC policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, teaching, mentorship, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Comfortable mentoring students and maintaining clear professional boundaries.
- Comfort with client and student interactions.
- Commitment to continuing education
