Field Scheduling: Build and optimize daily caregiver and nursing schedules to ensure 100% shift coverage.

Team Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for field staff to handle daily shift updates and logistics.

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and sharp operational talent to join our team in-office as a
Community Care Coordinator (Scheduler). In this key position, you will sit at the very heart of our daily operations, ensuring that our client care runs smoothly, our caregivers feel supported, and our families experience seamless communication.
As the operational bridge between our field caregivers, registered nurses, clients, and internal leadership, you will do much more than simply assign shifts on a calendar. You will cultivate genuine relationships, anticipate scheduling needs, troubleshoot real-time adjustments with calm efficiency, and serve as a reliable voice of empathy for families navigating home care.
This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for a proactive communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization, and takes personal pride in connecting the right caregiver with the right client every single day.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, care coordination, customer service, or healthcare office administration (home care or senior care experience preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, reassuring, and professional phone manner.

Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate schedule changes, last-minute call-outs, and client requests quickly and calmly under pressure.

Tech-Savvy: High comfort level learning and operating healthcare scheduling platforms, CRM software, communication tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.

DetailOrganization: Exceptional organization skills with strict attention to detail, strong time-management, and an absolute commitment to client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
