Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing engineered-solutions provider seeking an Application Engineer to support technical projects from concept through completion. This organization is known for delivering custom mechanical systems and values innovation, collaboration, and hands-on engineering work. This role plays a critical part in developing tailored solutions, supporting project execution, and helping the company strengthen its U.S. presence.
In this position, candidates will apply strong analytical, mechanical, and project coordination skills to support proposals, technical documentation, and solution development. The ideal individual is detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple projects at once, and capable of partnering with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer needs and determine appropriate technical solutions using detailed product knowledge and engineering principles.
- Prepare and manage proposals, drawings, submittals, and related technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely communication, task tracking, and deadline adherence across internal and external teams.
- Analyze operational data and collaborate with colleagues and customers to address immediate issues and develop long-term solutions.
- Support projects from initial inquiry through delivery, providing ongoing technical guidance and follow-up support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in application engineering, process engineering, project management, or technical sales.
- Familiarity with mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, or related systems preferred.
- Experience working with industrial or wastewater-related applications is a plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and documentation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
