Content Producer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Circle 6 Entertainment
Circle 6 Entertainment is a counter-culture media and live entertainment company producing original content, live events, and experiences. We blur the lines between professional wrestling, music, comedy, art, and underground culture to create projects that feel raw, unpredictable, and impossible to ignore.
We're building more than a social media presence. We're building a media brand with a distinct voice, a loyal community, and a constant stream of original content.
We're looking for an experienced Content Producer to help capture, create, and tell the stories that define Circle 6.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
- Film and edit our in-studio podcasts, creating both full-length episodes and compelling short-form clips optimized for social media.
- Operate cameras, audio, lighting, and production equipment during podcast recordings and studio productions.
- Assist with live streaming podcasts, events, and special productions.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, live events, interviews, and day-to-day company life.
- Edit content with a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.
- Organize footage and maintain an efficient media library.
- Travel to live events, festivals, and productions throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience shooting and editing professional-quality video.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editing, and cinematography.
- Experience producing social-first content that performs across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Experience operating professional cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and live streaming equipment.
- Strong understanding of short-form content, YouTube, podcasts, and current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and traveling when required.
What We're Looking For:
This isn't a typical production job.
Some days you'll be filming podcasts in our studio. Other days you'll be backstage at a live event capturing moments that become tomorrow's viral content. You'll help document the people, personalities, and stories that make Circle 6 unique.
We're looking for someone who sees stories where other people see ordinary moments. Someone who instinctively reaches for a camera when something interesting happens.
You should have a strong sense of pacing, understand what keeps people watching, and care as much about the story as the technical execution.
Success in this role isn't measured by how many videos you produce. It's measured by the quality of the stories you tell, the moments you capture, and your ability to create content people genuinely want to watch and share.
If you're looking for a predictable production job, this probably isn't it.
If you're excited about entertainment, live events, storytelling, and building something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses and significant growth within the company.
How to Apply:
Please submit your résumé along with a portfolio, demo reel, or links to examples of content you've shot and edited. We'd also love to see examples of podcast production, short-form social content, or live event coverage if applicable.
Applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.
