Landmark Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Operations Supervisor to oversee landscape construction & enhancement operations. This role is responsible for leading foremen and crews, managing production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

- Conduct performance discussions, goal-setting, training, and corrective action when needed.

Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.

Communicate project expectations, timelines, and budgets to field leaders.

Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to keep work on schedule.

Review project hours, materials, and costs to ensure profitability targets are met.

Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Administrative teams to maintain accurate production schedules.
- Track labor and material efficiency across active projects.

Review project costs and production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain accurate job data, work tickets, and project documentation within company systems.

Help achieve divisional productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
- Perform regular jobsite visits to verify work quality and adherence to company standards.

Enforce safety procedures and address unsafe conditions immediately.

Investigate and document incidents, injuries, and corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure crews have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to perform at a high level.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Coordinate equipment and fleet needs with internal teams.

Monitor facility, fleet, and equipment conditions and communicate maintenance needs.

Support inventory tracking and operational reporting requirements.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in landscape construction, enhancement, or related construction trades.

3+ years of experience leading crews, foremen, or production teams.

Previous responsibility for labor planning, equipment coordination, scheduling, and job profitability strongly preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.

Proficiency with technology; previous experience with Aspire landscape software a plus.

Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 pounds regularly.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
