ClearCreek Siding is seeking a production supervisor to work in our Springfield, MO plant. A successful candidate will be able to lead shift operations to include training of new and existing staff, managing workflow of production areas to ensure schedules are maintained, ensuring safety procedures are followed, ensuring product meets quality standards, working with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime, being able to communicate clearly and accurately, reporting to management on KPIs and other information.
Education Required: High School diploma. A degree is a plus.
Experience required: At least 3 years working in a manufacturing environment with some time spent in a lead or supervisory role.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long hours in an unconditioned environment. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
