Responsibilities

- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.

- Participate in hospice palliative medicine initiatives to enhance quality of life for patients with serious illnesses.
