We take pride in safety, efficiency, and innovation, and are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our facility and equipment operate at peak performance.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and general maintenance on all plant machinery, powder coating lines, and facility systems. This is a hands-on, independent role requiring mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, powder coating lines, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, or process improvements as needed.
- Assist with facility upkeep, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial environment.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance issues as they arise.
Education & Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Welding, HVAC) are a plus.
