Drake's Fresh Pasta is a local family owned manufacturing business. The maintenance manager must be skilled, dependable, and able to manage the maintenance department (total team members = 3). Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge are required. Pay is determined based on experience level and years of service.
DUTIES:
*Troubleshoot complex equipment problems in timely manner
*Oversee and manage the maintenance program
*Monitor operational details in conformance with OEM recommendations and technical requirements
*Use CMMS to create, assign, and complete work orders
*Input service records and manage parts and equipment inventory
*Maintain all records accurately
*Able to work with 480V
*Read and interpret equipment specs, schematics, diagrams, and manuals
*Adhere to and manage all safety regulations
*Manage the lock out/tag out system
*Attend safety training
Hours:
1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm (hours are not set - some days may require staying late depending on equipment failure and seasonality of peak seasons)
Must have 5 years of industry experience and provide 3 references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
