Up to $38 plus shift differential.
Duties
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Manage complex clinical procedures such as wound suturing, catheterization, and ostomy care while maintaining aseptic techniques.
- Document all patient interactions comprehensively in electronic health record (EHR) ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with facility physicians
- Provide compassionate care for all residents within the SNF setting
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license
- Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, phlebotomy, sterile processing, and aseptic technique.
- Experience in SNF setting preferred
- Knowledge of advanced nursing practices such as acute pain management, triage procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient assessment and education.
