Position: Part-Time / Full-Time
Hours: Tuesday–Friday Lunch (approximately 10:30 AM–3:00 PM), with additional shifts as needed.
Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented AM Busser / Host to help deliver an exceptional dining experience. This position combines front-of-house hosting responsibilities with bussing and dining room support to ensure smooth lunch service.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in cleanliness, and provides warm hospitality to every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHost Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations and walk-in seating.
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservation inquiries.
- Escort guests to their tables.
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Busser Duties
- Reset tables quickly and correctly according to restaurant standards.
- Refill water throughout service.
- Remove used dishes and glassware promptly.
- Assist servers with food running when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, host stand, and restrooms.
- Restock plates, silverware, napkins, and service stations.
- Sweep and spot-clean floors during and after service.
- Assist with opening and closing side work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
