Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Press Brake Setup/Operator on the second shift, working from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating press brake machines to bend sheet metal with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that fabricated components meet strict quality standards and specifications. Min. Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in press brake operations
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic job shop environment
- Organized, detail oriented, and dependable
- Ability to solve problems
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to complete a drug screen.
Experience Req:
Perform all duties of an Entry-Level Press Brake Operator
Primary Functions:
· Program, set up and operate press brake to produce new parts meeting specifications, including customer and internal requirements
· Interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints
· Load the machine with sheet metal for production and adjust machine speeds as necessary
· Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates and rulers
· Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches
· Use a CNC controller to input information into the machine
· Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake
· Resolve problems relating to materials, operations, quality or other factors as they arise, including routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures, ensuring machine is calibrated, cleaned, and operating correctly
· Complete and maintain paperwork
· Identify assembly parts
· Set up light gauge metal
· Configure bend allowances for sheet metal
· Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
20/20 vision with or without correction, use of hands 100% of the time, stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn. Must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 lbs

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
