Administrative Director
The Church Within seeks a collaborative and visionary Administrative Director to help steward the next chapter of our community.
Working closely with the Board of Directors, volunteers, and Spiritual Leader, the Administrative Director will guide the day-to-day operations, communications, community engagement, and organizational development of The Church Within. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building relationships, strengthening community, creating sustainable systems, and helping mission-driven organizations thrive.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with the Board of Directors to advance the mission, vision, and long-term sustainability of The Church Within.
Coordinate organizational operations, communications, and volunteer teams.
Develop and implement strategies for community engagement, growth, fundraising, and donor stewardship.
Create and distribute regular communications including newsletters, social media content, and public messaging.
Plan and support community events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives (note: some requirements may involve evening & weekend hours).
Maintain organizational records, membership information, and shared administrative systems.
Facilitate the Annual Meeting and support Board governance activities.
Coordinate with volunteers and outside partners to ensure the smooth operation of church programs and facilities.
Serve as a welcoming ambassador for the community, responding to inquiries and helping connect people with opportunities for participation.
