Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick items from designated locations within the warehouse according to order specifications
- Weighing out and packaging products
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Stocking and restocking inventory
- Inspecting items for damage prior to packing for shipment
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of workspace and fulfillment center
- Always follow safety protocols
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old
- Previous experience as an Order Filler or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes in a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Proficient in using order picking equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks, as this role involves heavy lifting of up to 60lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Must pass background check
