Hammer & Nails Grooming For Guys is seeking talented and energetic Licensed Barbers to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Perform professional barbering services including haircutting, shaving, beard trimming, and straight razor shaves with precision and care.
- Deliver a wide range of hair styling techniques such as fades, tapers, blowouts, and intricate designs tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Apply hair coloring techniques using color theory principles to achieve desired results safely and effectively.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or treatments, and ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize salon software like ZENOTI for appointment scheduling, client management, retail sales tracking, and retail math calculations to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing bookings, and upselling retail products to boost sales.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care techniques and customer service best practices.
Experience
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in hair styling, coloring, barbering (including straight razors), and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with salon software systems such as ZENOTI for appointment booking and client management.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling products like hair care items and cosmetics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service excellence.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
