Crumbl Baker – What You Do
Typical responsibilities include:
- Mixing and preparing cookie dough and frostings
- Scooping/“balling” dough and placing it on baking trays
- Baking cookies in ovens and decorating them with toppings
- Packaging cookies and preparing customer orders
- Cleaning the kitchen and restocking ingredients
- Assisting customers at the counter
Schedule
- Part-time
- Shifts may include:
- Early morning baking (sometimes 6 AM)
- Afternoon prep
- Evening closing shifts
- Closed on Sundays.
- This shift is specifically looking for PM closing availability, and you must be able to work the full scheduled shift.
Requirements
- 16+ years old (18+ to operate some equipment)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift up to ~25–50 lbs
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
