Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for a variety of roles, including high-volume and client-facing positions. This role focuses on sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate and new-hire experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Write and post job descriptions on job boards and recruiting platforms
- Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings
- Prepare and extend job offers
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Must have a HSD/GED and 3+ years experience or bachelor's in human resource and related field with 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Must have experience managing full-cycle recruitment
- Must have strong interviewing and communication skills
- Must have ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Must have experience with ATS platforms
- Must have strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must have ability to handle confidential information with discretion
