**Job Overview:** We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team in our Front of House Operations. This role will involve serving and bartending in both our casual and formal outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking, relaying and serving food items to guests, creating and serving beverages while maintaining a high level of service and creating memorable experiences.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Assist in creating and updating drink menus
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is of benefit but not a requirement
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus
- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions
- Strong sales skills to upsell and promote specials
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
