Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist clients in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and activities of daily living skills
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other members of the clinical team
- Communicate treatment progress with caregivers
- Complete daily documentation and treatment notes

Qualifications
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (Required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
