Morelli’s Ice Cream is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead daily operations, develop our team, and help continue the growth of one of Atlanta’s most recognized ice cream brands.
We are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to build a strong team culture while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and team performance
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Maintain high standards for customer service and cleanliness
- Manage labor, inventory, ordering, and food costs
- Ensure consistency in product quality and guest experience
- Handle cash management and daily reporting
- Lead by example during busy service periods
- Help improve systems, efficiency, and overall store performance
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with high-volume operations preferred
