Job description
Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular classroom teacher
- Provide instruction and support to students in various subjects, including math, literacy education, and special education
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage student behavior and enforce school policies
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of instruction
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children, such as tutoring or childhood development
- Knowledge of different teaching strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with autism and other special needs is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
