Job Overview
Multifaceded cleaning position with flexible hours. Weekly a list of needs is issued with due dates.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of new construction homes
- Weekly upkeep of all spec homes including interior and exterior appearance
- Weekly cleaning of two offices
- Rental Flips as needed
- Used home cleanings as needed
- Misc projects as requested
Requirements:
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including lifting and outdoor work
- Valid driver license and dependable car that can carry cleaning equipment
- Ability to pass background check
This position is integral to assisting the Sales and Community departments be successful.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
