Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage POS systems and cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, while providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Stay informed about beverage trends, brewing techniques, and menu updates to enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in higher end establishments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service is required.
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service.
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving and food safety regulations enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
