Kolbe ServicePro is seeking a professional, detail-oriented In-Home Project Consultant to meet with homeowners, assess projects, and guide them through window and door replacement decisions in their homes in the greater Milwaukee area.

We provide qualified appointments, premium products, a consultative process, and an operations team that allows you to focus on helping homeowners and earning commissions.
Core Responsibilities
In-Home Consultations
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold knocking).
- Evaluate window/door needs, measure, and assess scope.
- Educate customers on product options and installation approach.
- Represent Kolbe ServicePro’s premium positioning.
Project Development & Estimates
- Create clear, professional proposals.
- Present scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure pricing aligns with company standards.
Customer Experience
- Build trust through professionalism and low-pressure communication.
- Follow up consistently (calls, texts, email).
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and organization.
Pipeline & Communication
- Track opportunities and follow-ups (CRM or tracking system).
- Communicate with operations team on sold jobs.
- Help ensure smooth job handoff to installation team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must Have:
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable in homeowner environments.
- Ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and guide homeowners through important purchasing decisions.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel through the assigned territory for in-home consultations.
Preferred:
- Experience in remodeling, construction, or home services.
- Experience doing estimates, consulting, or in-home meetings.
- Familiarity with windows/doors (not required, will train).
Compensation & Benefits
- $3,000 per paycheck bi-monthly paycheck during the onboarding & ramp-up period.
- Upon successful completion of the training period, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential; top earners could earn in excess of $200,000.
