We are hiring an Enrollment Representative to join our growing team. The Enrollment Representative works directly with customers in person, introducing wireless services and helping people complete the sales and enrollment process.
This Enrollment Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on sales experience. As an Enrollment Representative, you’ll guide customers through simple sales conversations, answer questions, and help them get started with services that fit their needs.
We provide full training so every Enrollment Representative can build confidence in sales, customer engagement, and communication skills.
Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Speak with customers in person and create new sales opportunities as an Enrollment Representative
- Explain service options and guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Assist customers with completing forms and finalizing sales
- Provide friendly customer support throughout the sales experience as an Enrollment Representative
- Track customer interactions and completed sales accurately
- Support team sales goals and daily sales targets as an Enrollment Representative
Enrollment Representative Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
- Interest in sales, customer service, and working directly with customers
- Motivated to meet sales goals and contribute to team sales success
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred for the Enrollment Representative role
