Summary of Position:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming our Guest / Inviting them back
- Communicate with our Guest
- Make every effort to impress each Guest with our accommodations, specials, etc.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette
- Seat Guests in the required fashion as soon as the appropriate table is available
- Assist other team members with table maintenance, pre-bussing tables, etc.
- Understand and follow seating and reservation policies and procedures
- Understand and follow opening and closing side-work
- Communicate well with other team members
- Act “Guest first” by assisting team members with other Guest’s needs
- Understand and follow the Host service sequence
- Understand and follow the service sequence for all departments
- Properly entering food & beverage items into the POS system
- Other duties as specified by managers
- Take and prepare to-go orders as needed'
