Position Summary
Wexus Win Works LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Analyst / Associate to support our Public Finance and Financial Advisory practice. The successful candidate will assist in delivering municipal finance and capital planning engagements by performing financial analysis, developing financial models, conducting market research, supporting debt issuance activities, and preparing reports for executive stakeholders.
This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial advisory engagements for public sector and municipal clients.
- Develop financial models, debt service schedules, cash flow forecasts, and capital financing analyses.
- Conduct debt affordability and capacity analyses.
- Analyze municipal bond market trends, interest rates, and financing opportunities.
- Assist in structuring bond issuances, refinancing transactions, and other financing solutions.
- Prepare financial reports, analytical memoranda, and executive presentations.
- Support the preparation of bond sale documentation, bid forms, and transaction materials.
- Assist with pricing analysis and evaluation of bond sale results.
- Prepare supporting documentation for credit rating presentations and financing proposals.
- Research financial, economic, and regulatory developments impacting municipal finance.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy throughout engagements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, financial advisors, bond counsel, underwriters, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with continuing disclosure reporting and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support multiple client engagements while meeting project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, public finance, investment banking, municipal advisory services, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience preparing analytical reports and executive-level presentations.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government agencies, municipalities, school districts, or public sector organizations.
- Knowledge of municipal bond financing and debt issuance processes.
- Familiarity with capital planning, debt management, and public finance regulations.
- Experience with financial forecasting and capital improvement planning.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or progress toward certification are preferred.

Pay: $100,553.30 - $121,096.45 per year
