What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's people, performance, and guest experience. You will:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Crew Members
- Build a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Develop strong team members into future leaders and managers
- Set expectations and hold your team accountable for great results
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure the restaurant is positioned for success
- Drive sales while effectively managing food, labor, inventory, and operating costs
- Maintain high standards for speed, accuracy, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality
- Ensure the restaurant consistently meets Dunkin' brand and operational standards
- Take ownership of restaurant performance and identify opportunities to continuously improve
