We are hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home support to individuals with disabilities across the Twin Cities metro area. Depending on client needs, you may be assigned to one or more of our three service types: Homemaking, IHS Without Training, or IHS With Training; and your pay rate reflects the service you provide. Responsibilities
- Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assisting with appointments, transportation, and community outings
- Promoting independence and well-being in the home
- Completing EVV clock-in and daily progress notes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in English
- Prior DSP, caregiver, or healthcare experience
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs
- Must pass DHS background study
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and dependability
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Has a valid Driver’s License and a reliable transportation.
