We are building a network of dependable, professional independent cleaning contractors to serve clients throughout the Hampton Roads area.
Our cleaning assignments may include upscale residential homes, short-term and vacation rentals, furnished housing, move-in/move-out properties, and housing associated with military relocations and temporary assignments.
We are looking for reliable cleaners who take pride in their work and are willing to travel to where the cleaning opportunities are located.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential and professional cleaning assignments
- Clean upscale homes, furnished properties, and short-term rentals
- Complete move-in and move-out cleanings
- Prepare rental properties between guests or occupants
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Follow established cleaning standards and checklists
- Communicate professionally regarding job completion and property concerns
- Provide dependable, detail-oriented service to clients
Where You'll Work
Assignments may be available throughout Hampton Roads, including higher-demand areas such as:
- Virginia Beach
- Norfolk
- Chesapeake
- Suffolk
- Hampton
- Newport News
- Yorktown and surrounding areas
Applicants may live anywhere in the Hampton Roads region, but must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned properties.
Some opportunities may be concentrated in higher-value residential communities, vacation-rental areas, furnished housing markets, and locations near major military installations.

Independent Contractor Opportunity
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional employee position.
Independent contractors are responsible for their own transportation, cleaning supplies, equipment, smartphone, applicable insurance, and other business requirements.
Contractors have the flexibility to choose assignments that fit their availability.
Estimated earning potential: $18–$25+ per hour based on completed assignments, experience, efficiency, and assignment type.
Compensation is based on completed cleaning assignments rather than an hourly wage.
