Paladina Landscape Design Build, one of Pittsburgh's leading landscape and outdoor living service providers, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial hardscape installation projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of our hardscape construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, installation, resource management, quality control, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple hardscape projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budgets, job costs, and profitability
- Communicate proactively with clients, field teams, vendors, and leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact production
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Conduct site visits and project inspections throughout construction
- Utilize CRM and project management software to track progress and documentation
- Resolve field challenges quickly and effectively
- Lead project closeout and ensure client satisfaction upon completion
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of landscape or hardscape project management experience
- Strong understanding of landscape construction, hardscape installation, grading, drainage, and outdoor living projects
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and crews
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and project documents
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work on-site in the Pittsburgh area
- Experience managing residential design-build projects
- Familiarity with CRM, estimating, and project management software
- Experience leading multiple crews and subcontractors

- $60,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
