WyndRidge Health & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Summary
provides direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Provide compassionate support to residents and their families
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- CPR certification (preferred )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
