What You'll Do
- Receive incoming materials and process goods receipts in SAP
- Pick, package, and ship spare parts orders to customers and job sites
- Pull and issue parts to production orders
- Create shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international shipments
- Coordinate expedited shipments with sales and logistics teams
- Utilize carrier systems including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other shipping platforms
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through material transactions, serial number tracking, and inventory reporting
- Organize and stage materials for production, site support, and customer orders
- Support warehouse operations through inventory control, backorder processing, and shipping material requisitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with general administrative and inventory-related activities as needed
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse environment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with inventory transactions and material movement
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift materials and work in a physically active warehouse setting
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
