We are currently seeking motivated, energetic, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Associates.
Position Overview
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in retail environments, representing our clients' products and services. This entry-level position focuses on customer interaction, product education, brand promotion, and sales generation.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you build valuable sales and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in retail locations
- Engage with customers and educate them on products, services, and promotions
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Support sales initiatives and generate new customer acquisitions
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of client products, services, and marketing campaigns
- Assist with promotional events, displays, and in-store marketing activities
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance objectives
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
