Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities:
Hours Monday -Friday 10:30-7:30 every other Saturday 8:30-2:30
- Obtains Patient information by answering telephone calls; scheduling patients; verifying information.
- Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing direction to our locations.
- Taking complaints -sending it to the right person
- Putting all Patient information on scheduler . Following up with Patient if they don't show for appointment
- Keeping up with referrals through email and direct calls
- Spread sheets, charts- etc
- Bilingual is a must
