Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baseball Instructor to join our organization. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in baseball coaching and physical education, with the ability to inspire and educate young athletes. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. This will not be a full-time position nor will there be any relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ffective training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual players.
- Conduct training focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Educate players on the rules of baseball, sportsmanship, and the importance of physical fitness.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and competitions.
- Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages participation from all team members.
- Organize team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and player development.
Experience
- Previous experience in baseball, coaching or physical education is preferred.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to effectively guide student-athletes.
- Experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is highly desirable.
- Collegiate or professional playing experience preferred
