```Duties```
-First shift hours, every other weekend required.
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
```Requirements```
-Able to move to between multiple homes during the day to assist multiple members
- MUST BE ABLE to get around Watertown from home to home during your shifts. You will be required to work at more then one home per day.
- Must be physically capable of assisting with transfers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
