The Grove Las Vegas is actively seeking a dependable Retail Cannabis Delivery Driver/Budtender to join our Dispensary team! As a Delivery Driver/Budtender, you must professionally represent yourself by all company standards. You will be in charge of directly handling customer relations as well as providing excellent customer service. All tasks must be performed daily with keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport cannabis products from the dispensary to customers homes in full compliance with Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) regulations.
- Maintain strict compliance with cannabis regulations, including necessary documentation.
- Verify customer identification and ensure all required delivery documentation is accurate and complete.
- Deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Ensure your personal vehicle meets NV CCB guidelines and is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
- Assist the store as needed. Including but not limited to Intake, Greeting, Budtending, Barcoding/Banding, Cleaning.
Requirements:
- Valid NV Driver's license and Auto Insurance
- NV CCB Dispensary Agent (or ability to obtain one prior to employment).
- Excellent driving record.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis products
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience, must be able to handle cash with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must always have a positive attitude, regardless of the situation
- Work well independently & with a team
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work.
- Must be reliable and honest, tardiness and call offs for shifts is not tolerated.
- Flexible availability - Must be willing to work varied hours: nights, evenings, days,
- weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
