We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual interested in building a career in commercial real estate investment sales. Work alongside experienced brokers while learning to source deals, analyze investments, market properties, and manage transactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect property owners and investors
- Assist in marketing commercial properties for sale
- Analyze investment properties and market data
- Communicate with clients and coordinate transactions
- Build long-term relationships with investors
Mentorship & Opportunity:
- Hands-on experience with real commercial transactions
- Direct mentorship from senior brokers
- Training in underwriting, deal analysis, and client development
- Opportunity to grow a book of business and long-term career
Compensation:
Commission-based only. Typical first-year earnings: $50K–$100K+, with significant upside. Top performers can earn $150K+ annually.
Requirements:
- California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and coachable
- Interest in investment real estate and client development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
