Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Seasonal 3rd Keyholder to join our team. This role is vital in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and leading by example during the busy seasonal period. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Duties
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently and accurately
- Support management in supervising daily store operations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and sales processing with accuracy and integrity
- Assist with stock replenishment
- Lead by example in supervising staff during shifts, training new team members, and maintaining a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in a grocery or liquor store setting
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and training & development
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
- Knowledge of stocking and store operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, as needed
